Delete your Arc account
You can delete your Arc account and all its data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Arc and go to the You tab.
- Tap Privacy & data.
- Scroll to Delete account, tap it and confirm twice.
Want a copy first? Tap Export my data on the same screen. You get one ZIP file with every record, photo and kept recording.
Without the app
Email us from the address you use to sign in to Arc, so we can confirm the account is yours. If you use Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us that and we’ll help you confirm it another way.
Email founder@cleus.aiSubject: “Delete my Arc account”. We reply to confirm, delete the account and all its data within 30 days, and let you know when it’s done.
What gets deleted
Everything in your account, right away and permanently:
- your profile and sign-in;
- goals, tasks, habits, journal, notes, chats, voice brief and call transcripts, and what Arc remembers;
- food, workouts, routes, body measurements, progress photos, blood test reports and results;
- health and calendar data synced from Apple Health, Health Connect and your calendar;
- recordings, videos, exports and every other file;
- your public profile and links, and your place in buddies and squads.
There’s no waiting period and it can’t be undone. A few things aren’t part of your account and expire on their own: server error logs (within 30 days), crash reports (within 90 days), counts that don’t identify you, and copies kept by our service providers under their own schedules.
Delete some data, keep your account
- Synced health and calendar data: You → Connected apps → Remove synced data. Then turn off Apple Health or Health Connect there, and remove Arc’s access in the Health app or in Health Connect.
- What Arc remembers: You → What Arc knows about you, or You → Privacy & data → What Arc remembers.
- Voice recordings: turn off Keep voice recordings in You → Privacy & data, and delete any brief to delete its recording and transcript.
- Anything else: delete any entry, photo, blood test report, chat or brief on its own. Or email us and tell us what to delete.
